Upper Level
The parents' retreat. Two private king suites, each with vaulted ceilings, Smart TVs, plush linens, and forest views — quiet enough that you'll actually sleep in. A full bathroom with a tub (the only tub in the house) completes the level.
Main Level
The heart of the home. Open-concept kitchen and dining keep everyone gathered without feeling crowded — a fully stocked kitchen, island seating for four, and a dining nook for eight. The coffee bar sets the tone each morning. Two additional sleeping suites, a children's bunk room with tepee and blackout curtains perfect for little ones, and two beautifully appointed bathrooms, one with a custom-tiled shower.
Entry Level
The bonus floor. When it's raining or the kids need somewhere to burn energy, this is where everyone ends up — arcade games, PS5, ping pong, karaoke, and pop-a-shot. A dedicated drop zone, full bathroom, and laundry room round out the level.

Guests will have access to the garage, but cannot enter the house directly from the garage. Those doors are locked to a utility area. The utility area is also locked from the laundry room. There are garage door opener buttons inside the main entrance to the right.

There are miles of state land out the back door, so walking is very easy from the house. You will need a vehicle to travel to various cities from this central location.
