Just 90 minutes north of Toronto, Living Water Resort is a 303-acre
recreational paradise set against the backdrop of the magnificent Blue
Mountains. Located on the shores of Georgian Bay and the Huron River,
this year-round resort features an 18-hole golf course, eight tennis
courts, one indoor pool, and one outdoor pool by the golf course. We
also offer a spa, mountain biking, hiking, caving, fun children's
programs, a marina, and water sports. In the winter, enjoy
cross-country skiing or downhill skiing in the surrounding areas.

Mandatory Fee
Mandatory amenities fee is 10.25 CAD, per night, per unit, for all
units. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Housekeeping Fee
Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 60.00
CAD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
Depending on the unit size booked, the fee could be $40 to a maximum of
$60.

provide a valid ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
