In winter, Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers ski-in/ski-out convenience to
Breckenridge Ski Resort, and in summer, access to hiking and biking.
Accommodations feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances,
private balconies, fireplaces, and flat-screen TVs. Amenities include a
family game room, on-site dining, movie theaters, grand lobby,
après-ski bar, library, fitness facility, and indoor/outdoor aquatics
area with whirlpool spas and a waterslide. Soothe Spa offers a variety
of treatments and an adults-only, grotto-style whirlpool tub with a
moss-rock waterfall.

Fee Advisements MANDATORY RESORT FEE: STUDIO/ ONE BEDROOM USD $20 PER
UNIT, PER NIGHTS LISTED ON CONFIRMATION; OR USD $140 PER WEEK. TWO
BEDROOM USD $40 PER UNIT, PER NIGHTS LISTED ON CONFIRMATION; OR USD
$280. THREE BEDROOM USD $60 PER UNIT, PER NIGHTS LISTED ON
CONFIRMATION; OR USD $420. FOUR BEDROOM USD $80 PER UNIT, PER NIGHTS

DIRECTLY TO RESORT AT CHECKIN. The resort fee includes several enhanced
benefits, including access to onsite garage parking, in-town shuttle
bus service, state-of-the art fitness and aquatic centers, Family Fun
Center with movie theaters, and unlimited internet access. We have
included all fees and surcharges provided to us by resort. Security
deposits may be required. The amount and form of payment varies by
resort and/or season, e.g. Spring Break. Required surcharges (energy,
accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service
charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges,
personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees
are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the
resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.
Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee
may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the
use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior
arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or
any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site). Important
Advisements MANDATORY BOOKING LIMITATION: Exchanges or Getaways into
any of the Breckenridge Grand Vacations resorts (GTR, GP7, GP8 & IP8 )
are limited to ONLY ONE confirmation every 3 years per membership.
Confirmations not adhering to this restriction are subject to
cancellation. This limitation only applies to non-Breckenridge owners.
Management does not have the flexibility of inventory to upgrade unit
type, change location, view or dates confirmed, either prior to or on
arrival. Units 1BEDB and 1BEDBB are small, approximately 400 sq. ft.
Smoking NOT permitted on-site. Guest Services Ordinarily, daily maid
service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service,
it is usually at an additional fee. Call for inquiries about the resort
and surrounding area. Additional Information Please review the
Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to
verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation
arrangements requested. The host accommodations are for use by the
individual(s) named on the Certificate and accompanying guests, unless
