The main living area opens completely onto a raised oceanfront patio and garden, where the private pool looks straight out over the water. Mornings begin with coffee and the sound of the waves, afternoons drift between the pool and the shaded covered patio, and evenings belong to long dinners under the stars. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and built for a professional chef to work in.



Air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work and streaming, an in-home safe, a single-level step-free layout, and room for everyone to spread out.

Guests enjoy the entire villa exclusively: all 5 bedrooms, the private pool, the oceanfront patio and garden, the chef's kitchen, the in-home safe and free parking. The home sits directly on the beachfront for effortless beach access.

The Neighborhood:

Playacar is Playa del Carmen's most sought-after gated residential community: safe, quiet and beautifully kept, yet right in the middle of everything. You are beachfront, with the raised patio offering open sea views, and only a 10-minute walk to the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), lined with restaurants, cafes, boutiques and nightlife. Nearby you will find beach clubs, the Playacar golf course and ecological park, supermarkets, and some of the Riviera Maya's finest cenotes, with Tulum, Cozumel and the natural parks all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Your private transfer from Cancun International Airport to the villa is included in the stay - a private driver meets your flight and takes you door to door, roughly a 50-60 minute drive.



Once here, most of Playa del Carmen is walkable: Fifth Avenue and the ADO bus terminal are a short stroll away. Taxis and rideshare are easy to find, and free parking makes a rental car convenient for day trips to Tulum, cenotes and beach clubs. The Cozumel ferry departs from the Playa del Carmen pier, just minutes away.

- Please share menu preferences, allergies and dietary restrictions in advance so the chef can plan properly.

- Flight details are needed before arrival to schedule your private airport transfer.

- Playacar is a gated community and every guest must be registered for entry. Before arrival we request a photo of a valid official ID for each guest staying, so we can register the group and grant smooth access.

- Air conditioning in the bedrooms plus ceiling fans throughout keep the living areas cool and comfortable in the tropical climate.

- A team member services the private pool regularly throughout your stay so it is always ready to enjoy.

- Safety: smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are on site.

- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, geckos, iguanas); please respect them and do not leave food open outdoors.
