The Rear House sits behind the Front House and sleeps six with one king and two queen beds. It has its own kitchen, living room, dining area, smart TV, electric fireplace, and private driveway. Reach it from the unnamed rear access lane and look for the “445 1/2” marker.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The two homes share the lot and a small yard that connects them. Because you are booking both houses, the property is reserved for your group.

Niagara Falls State Park and nearby U.S. attractions are about a 15–20 minute walk or roughly a 5-minute drive. Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, restaurants, and local attractions are nearby. Clifton Hill and other Canadian attractions require an international border crossing and appropriate travel documents.

• All six bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs and accessible by stairs only.
• No guest washer, dryer, or dishwasher is available in either home.
• One pet maximum; a $100 pet fee applies.
• No smoking or vaping indoors; smoking is permitted outdoors only.
• This is an active city neighborhood, and normal street or neighborhood activity may be heard.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
