Welcome to Bundy Farmhouse Retreat, a fully remodeled 5 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse in Coloma just 8 minutes from Lake Michigan beach. With nearly 3,000 sq ft, this home offers a bright open kitchen, spacious living areas, smart TVs in every bedroom, a covered deck, large yard, and private balcony off the primary suite. Enjoy a peaceful country setting close to St. Joseph, South Haven, beaches, wineries, golf, and restaurants.
The home is located on Bundy Road in Coloma, Michigan — a peaceful farmhouse setting with easy access to beaches, wineries, breweries, golf, shopping, and some of Southwest Michigan’s best lake towns.
Approximate drive times:
8 minutes to the nearest Lake Michigan beach
14 minutes to St. Joseph
21 minutes to South Haven
Short drive to Coloma, Paw Paw Lake, local wineries, farm markets, and restaurants
It’s a great home base for beach days, wine trail weekends, family gatherings, wedding weekends, golf trips, and relaxing getaways close to Lake Michigan.
Guests have access to the entire home, covered deck, balcony, yard, driveway parking, laundry area, and all interior living spaces.
This spacious farmhouse has been fully remodeled with guests in mind. The main level features a bright open kitchen, large island, dining area, living room, full bathroom, laundry area, and access to the covered deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, beach snacks, and easy group dining.
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV, while the lower-level lounge provides a second hangout space with additional seating, a TV, and room to relax.
Upstairs, you’ll find multiple bedrooms, including a primary suite with access to a private balcony. Each bedroom includes a smart TV, making it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space.
Sleeping layout includes 5 bedrooms total:
Bedroom 1:Main/guest bedroom with smart TV and Queen bed. Located on the main floor.
Bedroom 2: Primary bedroom with king size bed, smart TV, private bathroom and private balcony access. Located on the second floor.
Bedroom 3: Twin room with 3 twin beds and smart TV. Located on the second floor.
Bedroom 4: Full-size bed located beyond the twin room. Located on the second floor. Note: you must pass through the twin room to enter this room.
Bedroom 5: Queen-sized bedroom with smart TV. Located in the lower level.
Please note: the bedroom with the full-size bed is accessed by walking through the twin bedroom. This works especially well for families, kids, or groups who do not mind a connected bedroom layout.
There are 2 full bathrooms, including a beautifully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.
The home has been completely remodeled inside and is ready for guests. The exterior siding is still being finished, so the outside of the home may not look fully complete yet. Interior spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, deck access, and guest amenities are ready to enjoy.
The upstairs full bedroom is accessed by walking through the bedroom with three twin beds. This layout is best suited for families, kids, or guests who are comfortable with a connected bedroom setup.
On the back half of the property, we are in the beginning stages of a tree farm. You may see us out there periodically watering the trees.
