The kitchen includes hot plates, a combined microwave hot grill oven, a washing machine, a Senseo coffee maker, a blender and a citrus press.The living room equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa in 160 cm by 200 cm opens onto a beautiful terrace of approximately 7 m2 facing southeast, ideal for eating or relaxing while enjoying the view. An adjoining cabin accommodates a single bed of 90 cm, allowing accommodation for up to three people.The apartment has a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool of the residence as well as a private parking space, for a calm stay.For the comfort of all, the apartment is strictly non-smoking.Please also note that pets are strictly prohibited.Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services.A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
