Only registered guests included on the reservation may be on the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
NO PACKAGES OR DELIVERIES
Guests may not receive mail or packages at the property without prior written approval from the host. The property address may not be used as a mailing address for any purpose. Unauthorized packages or deliveries are considered a material violation of these House Rules and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. The host is not responsible for accepting, storing, securing, forwarding, returning, or disposing of any items delivered to the property. All unauthorized items must be retrieved by the guest before checkout.

Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking on the lawn is prohibited. Street parking is limited and not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for complying with all local parking regulations.
