Welcome to your ultimate mountain getaway in Sandy, Utah, located right at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. This prime location puts you minutes away from world-class skiing and snowboarding at Snowbird and Alta summer/winter resorts. The spacious home is spread across two levels, including a bright walk-out basement, making it perfect for large families or groups. With eight bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during their stay.



The Space:

With all-new custom and unique furniture throughout the newly-renovated home, this is not your typical vacation rental! The property is built for entertainment and convenience, featuring two dining rooms, two large TV rooms, and two fully-equipped kitchens. This unique setup allows groups to cook and relax together or split up for separate movie nights. There are three dedicated desks, complete with extra monitors to plug your laptop into.



Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain air from the top-floor deck, relax under the shaded patio, or soak in the private hot tub, all while enjoying the views of the Rocky Mountains. The expansive backyard offers plenty of room to stretch out and play. Parking is simple and secure, with a two-car garage to keep your vehicles out of the weather and driveway space for two more cars.

Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with nearly everything they need: linens, towels, kitchen soap, detergent, laundry machine, hair dryer, iron, etc. Please note that you must coordinate with us if you want to arrive before 4 PM since other guests might be checking out on that same morning that you arrive. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, and blow-up beds prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, which has several world-class hikes, mountain biking trails, rock climbing, spelunking, and skiing.



Getting Around:

There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome, but please be upfront about them so we can have the cleaners plan for it.



This is not a brand newhouse. It is updated and in excellent shape, but it is a few decades old. Do not expect a condo built in 2026.



WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.



Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)



We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge but we don't usually keep those at the house, so please request that ahead of time. Additional items that are requested ahead of time are almost always guaranteed, but any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.



Interaction with Guests:

We coordinate with all guests ahead of time to make sure their check-in is easy and stress-free. In some instances, we can meet guests at the house and give them a tour of the home and tell them about the restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival to guarantee an exact check-in time.
