6 bedroom detached farmhouse located close to Prestwick Airport.
The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen which is open plan onto a large dining area seating 8 people. There is a spacious lounge area with smart TV, games room, utility room, downstairs shower room and seperate WC
Upstairs has an en-suite double bedroom and two single bedrooms with jack n jill shower room and a further 3 bedrooms.
The building benefits from driveway parking for several cars. No pets.
Please note the property is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area, please close the patio door to the garden at 11pm. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. Pets not allowed. Please turn heating thermostat down to 14 degrees when leaving the property
This property is a working farm and the outbuildings at the rear courtyard are strictly out of bounds to guests for safety reasons - access to the rear courtyard is for bins only. The large gardens and drying area at the front of the property are accessible to guests.
The farm cats are not pets please do not try and pet them.
