Lovely pool house in Husby, with space for 14 people. With a total of 6 bedrooms, this is an obvious choice for several families or a large group of friends who want to gather under one roof and enjoy their holiday in comfortable surroundings. Here you will get a holiday home where there is a lot of thought - both for relaxation and play. The large pool room contains an indoor swimming pool with counter-current system and water slide, as well as a hot tub for 4 people. The house was built in 1992 and renovated in 2016, so you get a modern and inviting base with plenty of space for shared experiences.
The holiday home is located in a quiet area with 1,500 meters to the North Sea, where you can go for walks, swim or just enjoy the fresh air and the open landscape. The large plot of 5,005 square meters provides plenty of privacy and space around the house, so that the holiday atmosphere can unfold to its fullest. Here there is a good opportunity to combine beach life, nature and pleasant excursions in the surrounding area, while the children play safely on the property.
Inside, a bright and functional house area of 213 square meters awaits, where community and comfort go hand in hand. The four bedrooms with double beds and a room with 2 single beds and one with 2 bunk beds, which provides flexible sleeping spaces for both children and adults. There are a total of 3 bathrooms with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, so comfort is ensured while the waiting time in the morning is limited. The house has a wood-burning stove, an energy-saving heat pump that can also function as air conditioning, so the house is comfortable all year round. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 60-liter freezer and coffee machine - perfect for long holiday meals. In addition, you will find a total of 8 TVs, Danish and German TV and Chromecast, so everyone can relax with their favorite entertainment.
Outdoor life is something very special here. On the enclosed terrace you can gather around the barbecue, enjoy the sun on the sun loungers or keep an eye on the children from the comfortable seating. The garden offers a trampoline, sandbox, swings, slide, table tennis, football goal and Grass volleyball net – ideal for active holiday days full of laughter. There is also darts and shuffleboard for pleasant competitions for the whole family. As the icing on the cake you will find a pool with counter-current system, an indoor spa for 4 people and a sauna, as well as practical facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, shed, internet and type 2 charger for electric cars.
