About this house rental
Welcome to LoHi's most prominent townhome located in the absolute center of Denver's hottest neighborhood for restaurants, activities, bars, breweries, and nightlife. Not to mention only a half mile walk to Downtown, Coors field, and Union Station. You simply could not ask for a better location, this is the Denver home you have been looking for!
The entry is located on level one which also has the first bedroom complete with a queen Memory Foam mattress and en suite bathroom. The second level has a chef's kitchen, coffee bar, half bathroom, living room with Crate and Barrel Deep Lounge couch, 70in TV, record player, dinning area for 6 people and small deck with BBQ. The third level has the 2nd bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as the Master bedroom with a king premium purple mattress and has its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The top floor has the rooftop deck complete with a 5 person hot tub, fire pit, large couch and bar height table for outdoor dining and games.
All linens, dish-ware, towels, soaps, detergents, paper towels etc will be provided for you. Just bring your luggage and toiletries and make yourself at home!

Recently stayed here with my wife and two other couples for a Red Rocks show and we couldn't have been happier! Communication with host was fantastic, check in was super easy and the place was very clean. Amazing location walkable to some great restaurants if you don't want to venture far. Cool outdoor bar across the street was great to just shoot over for a drink and app while others got ready. The only potential complaint you may have is the proximity to this bar and the noise if you have kids going to sleep early - but it's honestly not bad at all and we were there on a weekend. Hoping to get this same group together next year for another Red Rocks show and we will definitely be staying here again if available!

Our family of four with two teens enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and easy to find. We only cooked breakfast, but had everything we needed. The unit was clean with the exception of floors / carpets that need to be washed. We enjoyed the hot tub and had coffee on three roof deck in the mornings. The neighborhood is safe with lots of fun restaurants and bars. We walked to Union Station and a game at Coors. Parking was also easy and we could quickly get to the highway to drive to Boulder and Red Rocks. There is an active nightlife in the area, especially on the weekend, so be aware if you are early or light sleepers.

The house was incredibly well stocked, clean, comfortable and you couldn’t ask for a better location.
