Downtown Gatlinburg-Bear View Manor-Update - Renovated-near Convention Center

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s everything you would want in a place to stay. Close to the Main Street in Gatlinburg but far enough off the street you don’t get the noise. Close to a ton of restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Only thing we drove to was the National Park and Dollywood. The place itself is well appointed and in fantastic condition. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms in great condition, stocked kitchen. Very well kept and super clean. The pool area was also in great shape and not super busy. We were here for July 4 and could see the firework show from the front balcony. Also an easy walk to the parade. The back balcony is fantastic with great views. This place is worth every penny. If you are on the fence pull the trigger now, you won’t be disappointed. Communication with Leitha is an amazing host. Easy to communicate with and always responds quickly. She texted us during our stay to ensure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. Awesome host. I really can’t say enough about this place or the host. One of the best VRBO experiences I have had.

My husband and I came for our 24th wedding anniversary. We loved the location because our wedding dinner was at Cherokee Grill. An easy walk from the condo. The condo itself was immaculate and so well stocked and decorated. We prefer leather furniture and this was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, We are going to book it again for next year. This is a 10 out of 10 for sure. Highly recommend anybody who enjoys a clean, comfortable, well situated stay.

The location of the property was excellent, within walking distance of everything! The condo was super clean and comfortable. Very good communication with property owners, thank you for a beautiful place to stay!

Great place to stay. Very clean Vrbo and a great location. Hosts were also helpful and available via phone. Glad we selected this place to stay.
