Wake up to the beauty of Bonville Creek and say good morning to our two resident ducks. (food left for you to feed them). This waterfront townhouse has all the space you need for 1 or 2 families . Walking distance to the Main Headland, pristine beaches and Main Street Sawtell.
Spend your days fishing from the backyard, surfing, a morning beach walk or simply relaxing in the hot tub.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This property backs directly onto the creek, which is located only metres from the rear of the home. There is no fence or barrier separating the property from the water. For the safety of all guests, children must be supervised at all times and should never be left unattended anywhere on the property.
2. Property is situated across the creek from the Sawtell Bowls Club beer garden, expect some noise to carry across.
