About this house rental
This small vacation complex is located in the town of Jarnitz in a historic brick building (row house).
The complex, which consists of a total of 7 adjacent residential units, was completely renovated and reopened in 2025.
Here in Jarnitz, you can enjoy peace and quiet away from the large tourist crowds, surrounded by the unique natural beauty of the island of Rügen.
All residential units feature their own terrace with comfortable seating and lounging furniture for relaxation.
3-bedroom vacation home:
The “Gutshof Jarnitz No. 21” vacation home (end-of-row house) is located in a historic brick building and reopened for the 2025 season following a comprehensive renovation. With a size of approximately 200 square meters spread over 2 floors, it features 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom, offering ample space for up to 6 people + 1 toddler (up to 2 years old).
From the private entrance, you enter the hallway with a large coat closet; straight ahead is the guest restroom, and to the right is the kitchen and living area of the spacious, open-concept first floor.
Right at the front is the visually separate kitchen area with a small seating and dining area and a fully equipped built-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances, and all necessary kitchen utensils—making self-catering a breeze. Right next to the kitchen area, in the bright dining area, there is a large dining table that seats the whole family. A high chair is also available if needed.
In the large, open living area—the central gathering spot of the house—a spacious leather seating area invites you to relax and enjoy cozy evenings of games or TV; a large flat-screen TV (Smart TV) is available here. From here, you can also access the private garden terrace with seating and lounge furniture, where you can wind down the evening as the sun sets.
The upper floor is accessible via an open staircase. Here you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Each bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses). Closets, as well as a TV and network connections, are provided. The two spacious bathrooms upstairs each feature a toilet and a large, walk-in shower.
The house has two terraces, which are furnished with high-quality garden and patio furniture and a parasol. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on the entrance terrace, accessible from the kitchen, and then watch the sunset in the evening on the garden terrace.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. For longer stays, guests may use the washer and dryer (by arrangement).
The apartment includes a private carport with space for two cars. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available (by request only!).
Shopping areas, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ drive from here.
