Welcome to your mountain retreat at Big White! Located on the 8th floor of the Moguls Building, this beautifully designed ski-in/ski-out studio offers breathtaking views of the entire ski village. Thoughtfully decorated with a modern alpine style, it features everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of direct ski access, a cozy atmosphere, and an unbeatable location just above the village—the perfect home base for your next mountain getaway.
You will have access to the following:
Kitchen:
- Drip Coffee Machine
- Electric Kettle
- Small kitchen table with 2 chairs
- Air fryer
- Deep freeze in the closet
- 2 portable induction burners
- Fully stocked with large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses.
Living Area:
- Queen Size murphy bed
- Double Size sofa bed
- Smart TV
Main Bathroom:
- Large tub and ample counter space
- Full bathroom
Building Amenities:
- Hot Tub
- Sauna

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, saran wrap, garbage bags and dish soap.
SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
This property is located on the ski run `Moguls Track.` You can ski right into the back of the building and walk throughs the doors to floor 8. This unit is on floor 8, so would just walk down the hallway. It is seconds to the ski out location. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!!
This property is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. This is not suitable for 4 adults. Thanks!
This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!
Pet friendly - one dog - must be approved - There is a $75/additional cost that will be added to your stay

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that all guests plan to check in before 8:00 PM whenever possible. Calls and after-hours assistance after 8:00 PM are reserved for emergencies only.
Prior to check-in, guests receive detailed arrival and property information to help make their stay seamless. Each property also includes a comprehensive welcome book with everything you need to know about the home, including Wi-Fi information, property details, helpful instructions, and our recommendations for local restaurants, activities, attractions, and services.
Our goal is to provide everything you need in advance so you can settle in comfortably, enjoy your vacation, and make the most of your time in the area.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
