About this apartment rental
AMAZING location for skiing, and in the summer, enjoy the Canyons Village concert series, hiking, shopping, mountain biking, and the cooler weather.
Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NOT suitable for small children and only TWO people maximum.
This 280 SF unit offers a comfortable queen bed, fridge, fireplace, free WIFI, and even a shared washer/dryer. In addition, the lodge amenities include garage parking (FCFS), heated pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room, game room, onsite ski rental/valet, and a shuttle service to the Village.
House Rules:
*NO 3rd party bookings - or contact me first
*No pets - I have allergies and breathing issues and this is my 2nd home.
*Please do not bring skis, bikes, or other toys into the unit - there is storage provided in the lobby
*No smoking/vaping
*No parties - quiet hours are 11pm-7am
*NO glitter. If glitter is found, there will be a $150 fee charged.
*Do not launder any linens or towels
*If you need anything, please contact me directly. The resort has management, but I manage my unit personally so everything needs to go through me
*Please treat this as you would your own home, as it is my home away from home and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
