The living and sleeping areas are separated by a curtain divider, creating a cozy and flexible layout that works well for couples, small families, or friends visiting the city.

There is no air conditioning, but there is heating in the accommodation.

The bathroom does not have a door, and it is located inside the bedroom. The bedroom itself is separated from the rest of the apartment only by a curtain, with no walls or doors.
We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind before booking to ensure the layout suits their needs.
The property is located on a pedestrian street, but it is accessible by car to within less than 50 meters.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left tidy; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation, a penalty of 700 euros will be charged.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
