Nature lover's retreat! On a deck overlooking a stream, this is an extremely small house (8X10). The property is developed sustainably, and the house utilizes a composting toilet and greywater systems. The shower is outdoor and private. The deck also holds a woodburning hot tub.
This spot is deep in the trees and perfect for completely unplugging outside. Two burner electric stove top and large (enough) sink. Very small fridge, large outdoor cooler. The stream runs spring/after rain.
