Immaculate family owned 4 bedroom villa with fabulous private pool near Disney

Our beautiful family owned luxury villa is situated in the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club which is an immaculately kept manned gated community situated conveniently on the highway 27 with easy access to the Interstate 4 and Disney area. Our golf course is consistently ranked among the Nation's best. There is an online platform for booking Tee off times & Trackman bays. The club house has a lovely restaurant and a new outside eating area called 'The Barn' which is flood lit at night. All opening times etc., can be found on the Southern Dunes web site.
Our villa is our pride and joy and we very much want to share it with you. The villa is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard and we constantly update the fixtures and fittings to ensure that the standard is kept in immaculate.
We take great pleasure in ensuring our guests are well looked after. We have a fantastic management company who take care of our home for us when we are not there and are always on hand to help with any problems should they arise.
The villa has 4 bedrooms. The master is an en-suite room with a beautiful American King Size bed with matching furniture. There is also a walk in closet, flat screen Smart tv and ceiling fan. The second room is a queen size room with Smart tv and ceiling fan and the other 2 rooms are twin rooms. Both have Smart tv's and ceiling fans.
We have a well equipped, newly refurbished kitchen with all new appliances including a large microwave, dishwasher, cooker and fridge/freezer.
There are 2 sitting rooms. A formal, bright sitting room at the front of the house and the comfortable large family room at the back. This is a particularly nice room which overlooks the pool and has a large flat screen tv with full HD cable, a ceiling fan and many other extras.
We have a beautiful, large, newly refurbished pool with ample comfortable sun loungers. Pool heat is available for the cooler moths. We must stress, however, that if the outside temperature goes below 55 degrees the pool heater will not switch on. Be rest assured that this is not a regular occurrence and most of the time the Winter weather is warm enough for the heater to wok efficiently. There is a lovely shaded area with an outside dining table and chairs if you want to get out of the sun for a while. We have recently added a new light and ceiling fan to this area for your comfort.
The formal dining table is in the front living room and we also have a large breakfast table next to the kitchen. We have a utility room off the kitchen with a large washer and separate dryer.
The pool table, table tennis table and dart board are in the double garage. We also have 2 bikes for your use.
We also have the added bonus of seeing rocket launches. When a rocket launch is due to happen you can have the tv coverage on and if you look to the left of the pool (where the sun rises) you will see rockets after they have launched. Although this is in the distance, it's quite exciting seeing the trail of the rocket and you may also hear the sonic boom. This is especially good when it's a night time launch and the sky is clear.
We are in a great position on the highway 27 as we have many restaurants within minutes of our door. To name a few - Manny's Chop House, Chilli's, Miller's Ale House, Beef O'Brady's, I HOP, McDonalds and various other fast food outlets. A bit further up the 27 you will find many others like The Hungry Crab, Denny's, etc., etc., We are also within a 10 minute drive of Postner Park retail park where you will find J C Penney's, Ross, Target, The Home Store, Ulta, Cinema and many more.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, ALTHOUGH OUR VILLA ACCOMMODATES 8 GUESTS, WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6 AND MUST STRESS THAT OUR HOME IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
