Guests assume responsibility for the supervision of all minors in the booking party and any visitors. Diving is prohibited. Running on the pool deck is prohibited. Glass containers are prohibited in the pool area.
Assumption of Risk. Guests acknowledge that the use of a private residential swimming pool, hot tub, and surrounding areas involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slip-and-fall injuries, and exposure to elements. Guests voluntarily assume these ordinary risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, guests release the property owner, the host entity, and their agents from claims arising out of the ordinary negligence of any released party related to guests` use of the property and its amenities.
