This cozy one bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brother's Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit allow boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access and close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. You will find a ground level storage unit to store your belongings for the beach and pool. There is no elevator to reach this 3rd floor unit but once upstairs you will immediately appreciate the views as well as not worrying about noise from above. Once inside you will immediately notice the open floor plan with top notch furnishings. There are 2 decks to choose from so you can always find sun or shade. Although we love pets, we want EVERY guest to enjoy a clean, allergy free space. For that reason, we do not allow pets of any kind. We are kid friendly but do not offer any equipment/safety locks/gates, etc. However, we can recommend a rental store for any of these needs.
