The Georgetown apartment is located in the heart of Lancaster County’s beautiful Amish countryside, this second-floor apartment offers a peaceful stay surrounded by rolling farmland and open fields.
Please note that there is someone living in the first floor of the home, but your space is fully private and separate.
Since this property is surrounded by farms and sits on an active duck farm, offering an authentic countryside experience. But at times, you may notice typical farm-related scents depending on weather and wind conditions—part of what makes this setting unique and connected to working farmland.
The property also features a spacious yard with plenty of room for outdoor games, as well as a fire pit and fire pit table—perfect for cozy evenings, relaxing conversations, and making memories under the stars.
Families are welcome; however, please note there is a deck on the second floor to get into the apartment and an indoor loft accessed by a ladder. Guests with young children should carefully consider whether the space is suitable for their comfort level regarding heights and supervision.
