The area is one of the safest in Mérida and is very well located. 📍
We are next to shopping centers like: "Town Square", "City 32", "City Center", "Plaza Mangus", "La Isla", etc. 🛍️
Supermarkets like: Wal Mart and Super Aki. 🛒
Banks nearby like: Bancomer, HSBC, Banorte, Banamex, etc. 🏦
The property is one block from the highway, which allows you easy access to tourist areas and beaches. 🌴
Getting Around:
🚘 Parking is available 24/7.
🚌 The bus that runs along Andrés García Lavín Avenue is Route 63 Copó – La Isla operated by “Va y Ven.”
(To use these buses, you will need a “Va y Ven” card, which can be purchased and reloaded at Oxxo stores.)

🔑 Each bedroom has its own private key.
🅿️ Parking is available 24/7.
🪅 Events are allowed as long as they are requested and approved in advance.
🏡 We have an independent apartment next to the parking area, within the property. If you need anything, feel free to message us or ring the doorbell — we’ll be happy to help! 🛎️
NOTE: The platform only allows us to set a maximum of 16 guests, but we can gladly accommodate up to 23 guests! 😁
If you need additional capacity, please let us know in advance. Starting from the 17th guest, there is an extra charge of $150 per guest, per night. 🙌🏻
