Welcome to our charming lakefront retreat overlooking Mirror Lake! Sit back and enjoy breathtaking views of the serene lake right from the comfort of your patio or balcony.
Relax at this beautiful, renovated lakefront home. With stunning views and cozy indoor lounging spaces for the whole family, you are sure to find comfort in this dream destination. Located just minutes away from shopping and dining, this home is secured to ensure a safe haven away from all the hustle and bustle. A small private lake access will make your stay more enjoyable.
Guest should hold host harmless and unaccountable for any water activities on the lake.
The Space:
This is a 1420 square footage bungalow.
Remodelled kitchen, bathroom and spacious living room down stairs.
2 bedrooms and 1 other bathroom upstairs w/ lower clearance slope ceilings upstairs.
Guest Access:
The garage will not be accessible to the guests. However, we have plenty parking spaces offered in our secured yard.
We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a quiet lakefront neighborhood in Federal Way, this home offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful water views while remaining just minutes from shopping, dining, parks, and major highways. It's the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, with easy access to Seattle, Tacoma, and SEA Airport.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for the best experience, as it makes it easy to explore the area and nearby attractions. The home is just minutes from I-5, providing convenient access to Seattle, Tacoma, and SEA Airport. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and parks are all within a short drive, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
The house has low ceilings in the bedrooms per today's standards. The ceiling for the master bedroom is 6'11", and 6'2" for the second bedroom.
Additionally, please note that part of the stairs don't have guard rails and are relatively narrow and steep, making it challenging for people with mobility issues. Please watch your step when on the stairway.
