Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all interior living spaces, the full kitchen, private in-unit laundry, the outdoor deck, the gas fire pit, and the private 6-person hot tub. Uncovered parking for up to two vehicles is provided in the driveway. Metal gas fireplace on the back deck is unavailable to guests.

Our property is perfectly situated, offering effortless access to the classic summer lifestyle of North Lake Tahoe. Enjoy sunny days on the water with boating, paddleboarding, and kayaking at nearby Kings Beach or Speedboat Beach. For land adventures, hike up to the Stateline Lookout for breathtaking panoramic views of "Big Blue" or tackle the iconic ridge-line mountain biking on the Flume Trail.
As the sun sets, check out the lively local culture by attending free outdoor concerts at Commons Beach in Tahoe City. The area also features excellent lakeside dining, seasonal farmers markets, and local shops just minutes away.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended to fully explore the surrounding beaches, trailheads, and local attractions. Our property provides two uncovered parking spaces in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.
Please note that the hot tub is serviced in between stays and may not be fully up to temperature the first night of your stay.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
