About this house rental
🌸 Welcome to L'Aspérule en Vercors, located within the Vercors Regional Park on the hills above Villard-de-Lans—a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, ideal for a winter vacation in the mountains.
The 175 m² house offers a warm and spacious setting, perfect for sharing enjoyable moments with family and friends.
📅 During peak season (school breaks), reservations are only accepted from Sunday to Sunday—short-term rentals or extended weekends are available outside of peak season (school breaks) upon request.
🏠 House description: accommodates up to 11 adults. Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet connections.
First floor (
) - Entry hall with coat closet and ski equipment storage
- Living area (55 m²) opening onto an outdoor terrace and large garden, comprising:
o Living room (sofas – flat-screen TV – Blu-ray player)
o Dining room seating 11 people
o Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, raclette machines, coffee maker, electric kettle, citrus juicer, blender, toaster).
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
UPSTAIRS
- 4 large bedrooms
- Entertainment room (projector with large screen, Blu-ray player, board games)
- Bathroom (thalasso bathtub, large shower, double sinks)
- Laundry room (washer, dryer, and drying racks)
Upon request, bed linens (€20/person: sheets, duvet cover, mattress protector, pillowcases) and towels (€6/person: towels) can be provided for an additional fee payable on site.
