About this house rental
Enjoy breathtaking lake views from every level of this modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat! Located directly across from the water and near some of Deep Creek’s best restaurants, ice cream shops, and attractions, this home is the perfect basecamp for your year-round getaway. Our home includes access to the Community Aquatic Rec Center, making it easy to make the most of your lake vacation. With linens, baby gear, and hassle-free parking included, this walkable lakeside oasis truly has it all!
Our spacious, lake view retreat has everything your family needs, including High-Speed WIFI, a dedicated desk setup for remote work, and large smart TVs in every bedroom and common areas. Best of all, you get stunning water views from all three floors!
The first floor is an entertainer’s dream, featuring a bar, a huge TV for movie nights, a bathroom, a sleeper sofa and a walk-out patio overlooking the lake. Head up to the second floor (the heart of our home) to find the main living room, a private bedroom (Queen), full bathroom and a gorgeous kitchen featuring new appliances, a coffee station, and a smoothie maker to kickstart your mornings. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy your dinner in the outdoor living space with the lake as your backdrop! Finally, the third floor offers a beautiful loft, two more bedrooms (one King bedroom and the other bedroom has a bunk bed twin over twin with a twin trundle), and a full bathroom. There are stairs between each floor of the home, but there are no steps from the parking area to the main entrance.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:
1) PLEASE NOTE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO BOOK IS 25. By confirming your reservation, you verify that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to request and review your license before, after or during the reservation process. Reservations made by anyone under 25 will be canceled and potentally without a refund. Please be aware that providing false information may result in additional fees and, if necessary, legal action.
2) Owner and owner's immediate family have health issues; we cannot allow pets of any kind.
3) TOWELS & LINENS: Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and other linens provided with the home are for indoor use only. Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged, or excessively soiled towels and linens, and replacement CHARGES MAY APPLY.
4) WINTER TRAVEL (4WD REQUIRED):
Please be advised that 4WD or AWD is often required during winter months to access the property and navigate the area safely. We highly recommend checking the forecast and preparing accordingly.
5) CLEANING FEE & SUPPLIES:
The cleaning fee includes linens and bath towels. Additionally, a starter amount of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
• Note: These items will not be restocked during your stay. It will be the guest's responsibility to purchase additional items if needed.
6) BABY AMENITIES & CLEANING:
We provide a high chair, playpen, and toddler-friendly plates/utensils for your convenience.
• Cleaning & Return: If you use the high chair or play pen, you must clean them and return them to the 2nd-floor bedroom closet before departure.
7) FIREPLACE & GRILL:
We have a fireplace and a gas grill available for your enjoyment.
• Grill: Please be prepared to provide your own propane. If there is gas left over from a previous guest, you are welcome to use it, but PLEASE clean the grill after use with the provided grill brush. Upon leaving, please cover the grill.
• Fireplace: Guests must supply their own firewood.
8) GARBAGE DISPOSAL & TRASH:
Please do not use the garbage disposal for food waste or trash. Kindly place all food scraps and waste into the trash.
• Important Note: Deep Creek is bear country. Never leave trash bags outside of the designated bear-proof bins. Please secure all trash according to the instructions in the home to strictly avoid attracting wildlife.
9) ADHESIVES:
Please do not put any tape or any adhesives to the interior or exterior walls of our home.
10) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
Hunting, smoking in the house, parties, and underage drinking are not permitted.
• Guest Limit: You strictly cannot have more guests in the home than the number of people booked.
• Violation of these rules is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
11) NOISE ORDINANCE:
Garrett County has a strict noise ordinance to maintain the peace of the lake. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Noise levels that disturb the peace or violate local ordinances will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in eviction.
12) VIOLATION OF RULES:
In the event that the guest fails to comply with these rules, the property owner reserves the right to remove the guest from the premises immediately, without warning and without refund. Non-compliance may result in additional fees or charges to cover damages.
