To discover Les Sables d'Olonne, nothing better than this former fisherman's house that can accommodate **up to 4 people.** Ideally located in the town centre, it is close to everything, notably **the beach, less than 200 metres away, and the famous embankment** with its shops and restaurants.

You will also be **close to the start and finish of the Vendée Globe,** which will allow you to fully enjoy all the attractions of the city for a pleasant stay.



Upon arrival at this single-storey house, you will discover a bright covered patio with a side table. Just next to it, you will access the main living area with the lounge corner featuring three armchairs and a television, as well as a second dining table. You also have an open and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee maker



The house has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed (140/190)

Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed (140/190)

A folding cot for a baby is available if needed.



You will also have access to a bathroom with a hairdryer and a toilet. A second independent toilet is available. For added comfort, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron are at your disposal.



For parking, you will have a private garage a 5-minute walk from the house. You can store bicycles there if necessary.

Traffic is regulated by the city during certain periods of the year. On May weekends as well as Sundays in June, July and August, the area is closed to traffic from 12pm to midnight. On 14 July, an exceptional closure applies from 6am to 2am.

From January to April as well as from November to December, traffic is prohibited every Sunday and public holiday from 12pm to 6pm. Finally, in September and October, the closure applies to all Sundays from 12pm to 8pm.

These restrictions may impact accessibility to the accommodation upon arrival, depending on the times and periods concerned, as they are imposed directly by the city.
