About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Bourg-de-Visa for rent. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 39 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms (with showers). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 39 m² living room with a TV, wood-burning stove (first fire included), sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the first floor, via the main staircase, you will find:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
On the first floor, via the staircase in the living room, you will find:
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (2 single beds)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.
Outside:
- An 11 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Bourg-de-Visa, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
- Stroll through the narrow streets of Bourg-de-Visa and admire the half-timbered houses, the old market halls, the wash houses, the village squares and Saint-Quirin Church. A discovery trail allows you to trace the history of this charming village
- Follow the signposted trails starting from the village
- Cycle along the small, undulating country lanes
- Wine tasting and exploring local producers

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- A car is essential
- Nearest railway stations: Moissac and Agen, both about 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac, 90 km away

- Bed linen and towels included
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; the first fire is on the house
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
