A cozy holiday village on a quiet side street, just 80 meters from the seaside beach. All attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are just steps away.

These two-story holiday homes feature covered terraces equipped with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue facilities. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, table, sofa bed), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two separate triple bedrooms (each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed). Electric heating is available (portable heaters are available at reception).

The well-maintained and fenced grounds offer secure parking (one space per cottage included in the price). There's also a reception desk and a children's playground.

The price includes bed linen, water consumption, final cleaning, and parking (one space per cottage). A baby cot, highchair, and bathtub are available upon request. Sianożęty is a small holiday resort near Kołobrzeg, directly adjacent to another seaside resort – Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated on a wide, sandy beach. The golden sand and gentle slope into the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and swim. Neighboring Ustronie Morskie also boasts a 100-meter-long pier. Sianożęty is a rather quiet summer resort, offering true relaxation. Bordering the resort is Ustronie Morskie, which, if desired, offers many more attractions typical of seaside resorts.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No WLAN.
