Duplex apartment, in a residence with swimming pool, close to the beaches, on the edge of a natural park, in the seaside resort of Saint Cyprien🏖️🌞.
The apartment offers a well-equipped space, in a cosy and warm atmosphere, where every detail is thought out for your well-being☺️.

The accommodation
The apartment is composed of a main room with open kitchen and 2 sleeping areas:
🛋️Living space:
- A main room with fully equipped open kitchen: fridge with small compartment, freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, traditional oven, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washer dryer, electric kettle, toasters, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso).
- A lounge area consisting of a sofa bed and a coffee table overlooking the terrace. A connected TV and WIFI available.
- A sheltered terrace with a table and 6 chairs, a space equipped with an electric plancha and a lounge area with 4 armchairs and a coffee table.
🛏️Sleeping areas:
* A mezzanine bedroom (under the slope of the roof), consisting of a double bed (2 beds of 90cm together), a large wardrobe and storage space.
* A sleeping area in the entrance of the apartment composed of 2 bunk beds (90cm).
* The sofa in the living area can be converted into a double bed (140cm)
=> bed linen is provided and beds will be made on arrival 🛏️👌
⚠️ The maximum capacity of the accommodations are 6 people in total. For optimal comfort, an occupancy for 4 people is recommended.
🚿Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and a soap, shower gel and shampoo dispenser. A toilet.
