The space
This spacious 3-acre property includes three separate living spaces. The main house features a huge kitchen, bar area, dining room, and a very large living room, along with a front patio with an outdoor dining table overlooking the pool. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, a loft with a queen bed and a trundle bed (with two twin mattresses that can be moved elsewhere if needed), 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and a game room with billiards. A large upper deck off the loft offers panoramic and ocean views.
The downstairs studio has a California king bed, full bathroom, living room, and bar area, along with a private entrance and direct access to the pool.
The detached guest house (Casita) has its own private entrance, a full kitchen, living room, office desk, bathroom, and a California king bed. It has been a successful Vacation Rental for over three years, ranked in the top 1% of all San Diego rentals, with more than 100 five-star reviews. Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the entire 3-acre property, including the main house, guest house (Casita), and downstairs studio. You'll also have exclusive use of the pool, jacuzzi, lemon grove, patios, outdoor dining areas, game room, and all landscaped grounds.
Guests have access to the two-car garage at the main house and are welcome to park inside.
Please note: the very large attached garage to Casita is used for storage (including a boat) and is not accessible to guests. There is also a private woodworking workshop on the lower part of the property that is not accessible.
Other things to note
Please be aware that the pool is left unheated, but can be heated for an additional daily fee. We will need you to reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay begins so we can begin the process. There is a $200/day fee for heating the pool.
Events & Gatherings:
Any gathering beyond the registered overnight guests must be disclosed and approved in advance. Small, low-key gatherings may be considered and may require an additional event fee. Large events, parties, or weddings are not permitted. Hosting an undisclosed or unapproved gathering may result in additional fees and/or termination of the stay in accordance with policies.
