Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a €50 fee.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at an additional rate.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

If an item is found and the guest requests that it be shipped, a handling fee of €50 will be charged in addition to postage costs.
