The Space:
The 890 sqm property is nestled among the beautiful vineyards of the award-winning Carvinea winery. The villa features six thoughtfully designed, spacious suites, each with a queen bedroom, ensuite bathroom, fireplace, and a separate living area with a convertible sofa bed—ensuring comfort and flexibility for all guests. Two suites are located in the original 16th-century tower, one of which is a self-contained apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, and living room.
The outdoor area, the heart of the Masseria, boasts a spacious courtyard with a basketball hoop and a serene pool (16 x 8m) surrounded by sunbeds—perfect for soaking up the warm Apulian sun. Next to the pool, you’ll find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area, ideal for al fresco meals during the warmer months. A dressing area, a full bathroom, and an outdoor shower complete this inviting space.
The garden by the pool also hides a historical gem: an ancient Hypogeum, an underground structure dating back to the Paleolithic era. Here, you can experience the region’s rich cultural heritage while enjoying the villa’s modern comforts.
The Masseria features a hotel-grade kitchen, designed for effortless meal preparation—perfect for hosting large events or indulging in a private chef experience. The spacious living room provides a welcoming space to unwind after a long day, seamlessly connecting to the dining area for indoor meals. For more relaxed moments, a cozy TV room offers a cool retreat to enjoy some downtime.
Daily cleaning service is provided & breakfast preparation (4h day in the morning between 8:00-12:00, to be confirmed with the guests). Possibility to extend the service for the afternoon hours, daily lunch & dinner preparation (on request, extra paid).
Guests will have access to a selection of Carvinea wines, which can be enjoyed during an exclusive wine tasting with a sommelier or a private lunch or dinner with wine pairing. Other than that, guests can also enjoy a range of selected experiences and services, including a private chef, massages, boat rentals, and more. Services available upon request.

Guests have access to the entire living area including: 2 living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, external patio, garden, pool area, outdoor kitchen.

Other Things to Note:
According to local regulations, we are required to register all guests before their arrival. This means we need your personal details and a scanned copy of your identification documents.
At check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, and a mandatory tourist tax of €2 per night/guest will be charged for adults and children over 12 years old.
Check-in hours: 16:00–22:00
Late check-in (after 22:00) incurs an additional fee of €50.
