The Space:
Vaulted ceilings and natural light define this open-plan penthouse in Les Choucas, a residence set back from the high street in the centre of Val d'Isère. Kitchen, dining, and lounge areas share one generous room, where a modern wood-burning fireplace warms the living space. An L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, and a television are arranged around it. A balcony facing the Solaise mountain sector is accessed from this end of the room, and a desk and chair sit to one side for those who need to work.
The kitchen is fitted with black stone worktops, a four-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A square dining table in front of the kitchen seats six.
Two bedrooms branch from the entrance hall, where storage for coats and ski kit is provided. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double and an en-suite bathroom with separate bath, shower, WC, and sink, along with its own television. The second bedroom can be configured as twins or a double, with an en-suite shower room featuring shower and sink. A separate WC with sink in the hallway serves this bedroom. A second balcony runs along the side of the building, accessible from both bedrooms.

The residence is positioned well back from the high street, keeping noise to a minimum despite the central location. Everything the resort offers is within easy reach on foot.
Getting Around:
The apartment is in the town centre, so shops, restaurants, and the pistes are all within a short walk. The free resort shuttle bus runs every 10 to 15 minutes during the day and every 20 to 30 minutes until 2am, connecting to the main lift stations and outlying areas. For arrivals, airport transfers are available from Geneva, Lyon, and Chambéry.
Other Things to Note:
We are available throughout your stay if anything comes up. A ski room with boot warmers is provided in the building. The apartment can also be rented alongside neighbouring apartments in the same residence for larger groups.
