This modern penthouse apartment, completely refurbished in 2026, accommodates up to four people. It’s ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Just a few steps and you’re at the North Sea. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the entire southern island landscape, the Old Lighthouse, the harbor, and the Wadden Sea all the way to Spiekeroog and the mainland.

Here, you can unwind, breathe easy, and feel right at home. Custom-made furniture crafted by a carpenter in harmonious colors, combined with beautiful natural light, immediately creates a sense of relaxation. The open, modern kitchen with high-quality appliances lets you become a gourmet even while on vacation, and the charming dining table with a corner bench creates a convivial atmosphere. The bright living area, with its large arched window and sweeping views, is particularly impressive. A sofa arrangement, armchairs, and a smart TV invite you to relax and watch TV or enjoy cozy moments with a good book. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cooler days.

From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of Wangerooge. It’s perfect for enjoying the sun in a garden chair and letting your gaze wander over the island. The call of the seagulls, a gentle sea breeze—it’s the kind of place where you’d want to stop time.

The two separate bedrooms are comfortably furnished and promise restful nights. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. The children’s bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds (90 x 200 cm each). You’ll find two drawers under each bed for storing your clothes.

After a day at the beach, enjoy a refreshing shower in the elegant bathroom. A sink, toilet, and mirror cabinet, as well as a cosmetic mirror and hair dryer, round out the amenities.
