Access: Ground-floor apartment accessed via a sloped garden path leading to a private rear entrance. From the entrance path there are 10 steps down to the apartment.
Parking: One private parking space available nearby, with EV charging available on request from the owner (fee applies).
Dog Policy: One well-behaved dog allowed, £25 pr stay. Not allowed on furniture and in bedrooms.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property
Groups: No stag, hen or parties permitted
Safety: Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket provided
Check-in: From 4:00pm. Arrival details will be provided prior to your stay.
