Villa A is the Entertainment & Spa half of Sand Dream Village, a brand-new duplex estate a short walk from Oyhut Bay Resort and half a mile from the beach. Book Villa A on its own for up to 11 guests, or connect through the private interior upstairs door to Villa B and take over the whole property for 21 — something no other rental in Ocean Shores offers.
The ground floor is the reason people book this villa. A private theater with a 100" screen and surround sound. A game room with three full-size stand-up arcade cabinets, a pool table that converts to ping-pong, a tabletop shuffleboard/bowling game, and an electronic dart board. A spa room with a 6-person cedar sauna and an indoor/outdoor hot tub — roll the garage-style door up and you're soaking in the coastal air. An outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Rain or shine, the whole group gravitates down here.
Upstairs is built for living together. The gourmet kitchen has a massive 6'x6' island, gas range, beverage fridge, full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook the moment you arrive. Out on the covered second-story porch, a propane fire pit with premium seating and a luxury gas grill handle evening wine and dinner.
