This static holiday home on the North Wales coast sits within a Towyn park close to beach and coastal path.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living room: Smart TV, Electric Fire, Sofa Bed (Double), Patio Doors Leading To Decked Area

Kitchen: Gas Cooker, Gas Hob, Gas Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Indoor swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 15m x 6m, depth 0.9m x 1.6m, ) with changing facilities. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Inside, the bright, homely layout keeps everyone together in one social space. The main living area features a relaxed seating corner with sofa and armchair leading naturally through to a family dining spot. A practical kitchen makes family meals easy, and double glazing helps keep things comfortable in cooler weather. Sleeping is flexible, with a main double, a twin arrangement and extra lounge sleeping suiting family stays.
An enclosed front decking area offers a pleasant place for adults to sit while children enjoy the park’s soft play, outdoor play park and amusement arcades. On-site there is also a sports bar, clubhouse, traditional fish and chip shop and a convenient store. Spend time on Towyn Beach or along the coastal cycle path, visit Tir Prince or Knightly’s funfairs, then return for games and relaxed evenings together.
