Steps from the sand on historic American Beach, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is made for families, friend groups, and four-legged guests alike. The beach boardwalk is less than 200 feet from your front door, with wide, uncrowded dunes waiting just across the street.
Unwind on your private deck, settle into the living room with its comfortable seating and TV, fire up the fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the dining table for five with extra seating at the kitchen bar. Free WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer mean you can stay connected and pack light. Driveway parking accommodates up to three vehicles, so no scrambling for street spots.
The home sleeps up to 8 across three bedrooms and a den. The primary suite features a king bed, dresser, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The queen guest room has a queen bed, armoire for storage, and its own ensuite bath. The twin bedroom offers two twin beds and a dresser — great for the kids. We had a very comfortable stay at this property. It was spacious and well able to accommodate our family of 7. The property is well maintained but is starting to show a little age.

We really enjoyed this property. A short walk to the boardwalk to the beach. House was comfortable, clean and cool (AC worked great). Patio table was our meeting place in the late afternoon, good shade and a great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Four of us (2 couples 65) enjoyed four nights here very recently. There is MUCH I have to say but the new VRBO review box is ridiculously frustrating to use. So I can’t. Have to be uber brief. Can only say the house is nice and across the street from America Beach which is like 8 miles long, great for walks, photographing birds and/or collecting seashells.
