Welcome to your home away from home in Draper, where mountain views, open space, and easy access to Utah’s best adventures come together.
Begin your stay with a quiet morning coffee on the patio as the valley wakes up below you. Spend the day exploring nearby Corner Canyon trails, skiing in the Cottonwood canyons, or heading into Salt Lake City for dining, shopping, or events. When you return, the house gives you space to slow down, cook a meal, and reconnect with your group.
As the sun sets, step outside to soak in the hot tub overlooking the valley, grill dinner on the BBQ, or simply relax and take in the quiet mountain surroundings. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, weddings, work, or a family getaway, this home is designed to make your time in Utah feel easy and memorable.
*Please note the home includes a private lower-level lockoff apartment with its own separate entrance that may be occupied during your stay. Guests will have exclusive access to all main living areas of the home, as well as the lower-level second living room and dedicated workout space. The separate lower unit is fully private from the rest of the home and does not impact the guest experience.*

Designed with larger groups in mind, the home features multiple gathering spaces, two fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Sleeping Arrangements: The home comfortably accommodates families and larger groups across
Main Level:
The primary suite features a King bed, beautiful mountain views, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, double vanity, and spacious walk in shower.
Three additional bedrooms are also located on the main level:
• One bedroom with a Full bed
• Two bedrooms with Queen beds
• These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Lower Level:
The lower level also features a second living room with a large TV, giving your group even more space to relax after a day of exploring. You'll also find a half bathroom, dedicated workout area with a Peloton bike, yoga mats, and a full length mirror for guests who want to stay active during their stay.
Kitchen & Living:
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The main living area offers spectacular mountain views, comfortable seating, and a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring.
Location:
One of the best parts of this home is its location. You'll be close to outdoor recreation while still being minutes from shopping, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.

Guests have private access. Self check in is available using a keypad, and your access code will be sent the day before arrival.
Parking:
The garage is unavailable during the summer months, but the driveway offers free parking for multiple vehicles. Please leave the two spots on the right side of the driveway available in the event lower-level guests are present. If you have any questions about parking during your stay, feel free to reach out and we’re happy to help.
