📝Please note:
• Windsor Island Resort water amenities access is included in your stay. Arcade and Rock Climbing is pay to play.

• POOL Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

•There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup. Please note the grill on site is non-operable and owner`s personal.

• As per Windsor Island Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities. All guests` names need to be registered in the gate system.

• Please note that the Windsor Island registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

• Please do not exceed the guest max occupancy of 10 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.

HOUSE RULES

• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Please kindly note that the AC is preset to operate between 70°F and 78°F. The lowest setting is 70°F for safety reasons to prevent the unit from freezing.

• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• Please kindly bring kitchen condiments/seasonings, and oil if you plan to cook

• Please note Windsor Island is a brand new resort and you may see or hear construction nearby.

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
