• Climate: Central AC/Heat, plus an extra window unit in the Master bedroom.
• Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer with complimentary soap.
Kitchen & Dining
• Full Kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, silverware, dishes, and spices.
• Coffee Station: Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine with K-Cups provided.
Outdoor Amenities & Toy Parking
• Massive Yard: Spacious lot with room and parking for big vehicles, trailered boats, campers, and kayaks.
• Decks: Front and rear decks with outdoor tables and seating.
• Grill: Gas grill with all necessary grilling utensils.
• Fire Pit: Dedicated campfire area with chairs (bring your own wood and extra chairs).

• Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
