Guests can also enjoy a private balcony offering views over the Lesser Town streets, as well as a free parking space in the building`s garage.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a bright, spacious living room with two comfortable sofa beds (150 × 200 cm each), air conditioning, a large dining table, and direct access to the private balcony. The modern fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for everyday living, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and complete kitchenware. The apartment offers two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and its own private bathroom fitted with a luxurious rain shower. The master bedroom also features air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, while the second bedroom is located next to a separate toilet. For additional convenience, the apartment is equipped with both a washing machine and a separate dryer, making it an excellent choice for both short and extended stays.

After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
