About this cabin rental
The sun rises over the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the entire valley catches fire — all yours from the mountain top deck of The Elysian. This is the rare property that earns the word luxury: three stone fireplaces, a heated pool with built-in spa, sauna (coming late Sept), cold plunge (coming late September), outdoor gym, an outdoor kitchen, multiple fireplaces, all in a completely private setting. Downtown Blue Ridge is minutes away. Everything else can wait.
Fall is why people book this place a year out. Peak color on the ridge runs mid-October into early November, Mercier Orchards is minutes down the road, and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway runs leaf-looker trains out of downtown. Come back to a heated pool, a hot spa, and a fire already going.

You'll find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide a new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap at all sinks, propane for the gas grill, and firewood for the fire pit & fireplaces. You’ll find basic pantry items like sugar, salt, pepper, and a spice rack. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

PRICING DETAILS:
A refundable security deposit in the amount of one-thousand dollars ($1,000) is held under each reservation via credit card hold or debit card charge, prior to check in, for any incidents not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Insurance, for example—smoking/vaping inside, exceeding the number of guests and/or dogs listed on the reservation, bringing an unauthorized pet, intentional damages, excessive amount of cleaning and trash inside the property. The cleaning cost covers our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. This includes post-check out disinfection cleaning team, pre-check in cleaning & staging team, along with quality control inspector prior to guest arrival. Pet cost is $300 for the first dog, plus $100 for an additional dog (max 2 dogs). No other pets or animals permitted.

Each property interior is protected with smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, along with fire extinguishers. Some properties may have water leak detection, natural gas leak detection, and/or a fire suppression system. The property is treated quarterly for pest control and prevention to mitigate insects. However, since this property is on a mountain, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep insects out 100% of the time. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside any Drift Away®️ Luxury Lodging rental properties, because that’s weird & creepy.
The rental cabin is not childproof, and extreme care must be exercised with children in rental cabins, especially around electrical outlets, fireplaces, fire pits/tables, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, decks, loft railings, etc. Any outdoor exploration on the property will be done at the Guests and party's own risk.
