📋 ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS (MANDATORY)
The Standard Residences is a private residential community and requires formal Condominium Association approval for all guests/tenants prior to move-in. Please review the process, timelines, and associated costs before booking:
1. Initial Document Submission: The following documents must be emailed to the management office (Jose Vargas):
-Lease Application: Building application form (we will assist you in completing it).
-Rental Agreement / Lease Contract: Fully executed lease agreement (downloaded from Guesty).
-Photo Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID for each guest.
2. Screening Fees & Processing Times:
-Standard Screening Fee: $150 USD per individual or married couple (15-day standard processing time).
-Express Processing Option (Recommended): An additional $49.00 USD fee to expedite processing to 3–5 business days.
-Association Security Deposit: 1 month's rent deposit required by the Association.
3. Screening Interview: Once background checks are complete, a brief interview (virtual or in-person) will be scheduled with the Board of Directors.
4. Final Approval: Move-in is authorized only after receiving written Certificate of Approval from the Association.
🚗 Parking Note: The building does not provide dedicated resident parking on-site. Nearby public parking garages are available for monthly rental (approx. $105 USD/month)
Important: Incomplete applications cannot be processed by management. Please make sure to submit all requested documents on time to avoid move-in delays.
