The city of Springfield has a noise ordinance. I your music (or other noises) can be heard in their home - it`s not OK and you could get a visit and/or citation from the police.
Parties are not allowed. We have a noise measurement device, and neighbors that have our number - they have been instructed to call us and the police if parties are happening.
