Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main residence, pool house, pool and spa, waterslide, outdoor kitchen, game room, fire pit lounges, putting green, and all indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.
For security and maintenance purposes, a few owner storage closets and utility areas remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
Pool and spa heat are included at no additional charge. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like them heated.
The property is privately gated and intended exclusively for registered guests listed on the reservation.

A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the Coachella Valley and explore the area’s many attractions. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the valley.
Zanzibar Resort is conveniently located near major festival venues, golf courses, casinos, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor recreation, making it easy to experience everything the desert has to offer.
Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, with additional airports available in Ontario, Orange County, and Los Angeles for guests traveling from out of town.

No water balloons!
The property is not childproof.
Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
Keep the door alarm activated at all times. Do not disable or remove it.
No diving, running near the pool, or unsafe play.
Use the waterslide feet-first only.
Guests use the pool, spa, waterslide, fire features, and all amenities at their own risk.

SMOKING POLICY:
No smoking indoors
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area around the fire pit.

No oils, lotions, self-tanners, sprays, or hair dye on outdoor furniture, cushions, linens, or towels.
Stains or damage may result in extra cleaning or replacement charges.
PARKING:
Use driveway parking first.
Additional parking is available in front of the home and within the cul-de-sac.
Park in the direction of traffic.
Do not block neighboring homes, driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:
Gardeners and pool technicians may briefly access the outdoor areas during your stay to perform routine maintenance.
DESERT BUGS & UNWANTED CREATURES:
The home is professionally treated twice monthly for common desert bugs and pests. Please do your best to keep all windows and exterior doors closed to prevent unwanted desert visitors from entering.
POOL & SPA HEATING:
Pool and spa heat are included.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY:
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, missing items, rule violations,
or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay. Additional charges may apply.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The host and homeowner are not responsible for personal items left behind.
Guests are responsible for all retrieval and shipping costs.
