This stunning period home, within an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is located on the edge of the pretty Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe and The Tunnels beaches, famous for its Victorian pools. Stroll around the harbour with a plethora of shops, art galleries, pubs and tearooms. Take one of the many choices of boat trips out from the busy harbour including a trip over to Lundy Island or mackerel fishing. Woolacombe (4.5 miles) offers 3 miles of golden sands and is in the top 10 best places in the world for surfing, also great for swimming, paddle boarding and other watersports. With a great choice of local shops and eateries to choose from or Britain's favourite food, fish and chips on a bench watching the spectacular sunsets. Walking enthusiasts are spoilt for choice in this area of outstanding beauty and only 15 miles from Exmoor National Park where the Exmoor ponies roam free.
